Price includes:
Dismantling (Rear seat, front and rear windscreen glass, roof lining, Webasto roof panel, remove and refit fuel tank)
Fabrication of new roof skin, fit and welding into place.
Fabrication of new roof tubes, fit and weld.
To fabricate new headlining panel, rear of roof panel.
To remove front and rear windscreens.
To supply and fit new headlining in appropriate material.
Paintwork where required.
Step 1
Vehicle arrives and strip down begins, including removal of front and rear windscreens but our glass specialists.
Step 2 - Removal of old Webasto roof.
Step 3 - Cutting out
Step 4 - fabrication of new roof panel, pin into place.
Step 4 - weld new panel into place as per factory.
