Body restoration of Aston Martin DB5
Arrival and full assessment of cars body and chassis.
Metalwork begins…
Starting with patterns and fabrication of lower rear bowls, hand fabricated in high quality sheet Aluminium using the Ranalah English Wheeling Machine.
Rear End Repairs
Lower rear bowls and rear valance panels, pinned and then welded into place.


Inner and outer sill work
Fabrication of replacement front nose and quarter section, including new scuttle panel and air-vents.
Retaining as much originality is paramount, the decision was made that the left hand side of the nose was beyond repair, however.
The process - in house fabrication using our DB5 ‘form’ to produce a new aluminium repair section.
Ready to be fitted to the car. June 2022.
